Victor is cranky this week after the Raiders were shut out by the Newcastle Knights in the second half of their round 6 clash at Canberra Stadium. The 'rearguard action' never came for the Raiders and their 26-12 home loss left our favourite viking a little worse for wear.

The Raiders came back to earth with a thud in round 21, with a forgettable 36-6 defeat to the Newcastle Knights. Has the premiership light gone out for the Raiders, or is an unlikely finals appearance still on the cards...?

A Monty Python flavour this week as the Raiders marched into Newcastle on Saturday night and vanquished their foes 32-16 to remain in touch of the top 8. Victor will march with a sense of hope this week, while the Knights will have to face the wrath of their supercoach Wayne Bennett as their finals hopes start to slip away...

Poor old Victor the Viking has taken a hammering lately after another horror performance against the Knights.  This weekend they host the Bunnies at home who are really starting to hop! 

The mighty Green Machine showed their hometown crowd just how good they are by striking up a half century against the hapless Knights. Victor is a very happy trooper again this week!

The Raiders got their pants pulled down by a plucky knights outfit hell-bent on a round 1 home victory in 2008. Victor had some company though...

Andy is definitely not a fan of Monday Night Footy when the Raiders are involved! The Raiders went down to Newcastle 22-18 so Victor is not much of a fan of MNF right now either...

Well Victor sure put the cleaners through that diminutive Knight, with the Raiders winning 48-18 at home, but our intrepid cartoonist is finding the reduced turnaround time thanks to Monday night footy a little...er...short.
