Back From the Masters’ Series

Well it was certainly an interesting and enjoyable experience attending the Masters’ Series in Sydney for a fresh faced and wide eyed forty something year old as part of this wonderful form of “work” called cartooning. These workshops were a result of a lot of hard work by John Pastorelli and Interpretation Australia organising this significant event. Over 120 people from around the country attended the seminar with the main theme being that of communication’ that inspire an audience. I presented a session on cartooning and humour as a form of communication with young people, which appeared to be well received. I was part of a number of presenters much better known than myself, who contributed towards it being a wonderful day and a great opportunity to meet many interesting and friendly people. I can’t wait until we do it again!

"You can all see my bald spot from here"

"And to make 'em really laugh I flex my muscles"

"I have a pencil this big......."

“Nah, not nervous at all”………
